The Role

• Provide direct customer support for technical and proposal inquiries across multiple product lines including hygienic valves, aseptic valves, hygienic pumps, and cleaning technology.
• Apply fluid dynamics principles to size optimal pumps, valves, and cleaning systems for specific hygienic applications.
• Determine special product specifications for control valves, safety valves, vacuum valves, cleaning systems, and expansion compensators.
• Integrate appropriate communication or control modules for seamless customer system design.
• Utilize specialized software for product sizing and selection, including pump and valve products.
• Collaborate with European factories and US fabricators on product specifications and logistics.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers to develop and manage customer proposals and orders.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of experience in application engineering and technical sales support.
• An Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of fluid dynamics and related industry practices.
• Knowledge of sanitary liquid processing equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with solenoid control technology and communication protocols.
• Experience with product sizing and selection software.
• Proficiency in SAP-PEM and Microsoft Office Suite.
