Hands-on experience with:
HDL/HSDL
HCM Extracts
BI Publisher
OTBI
HR, Compensation, and Payroll integrations
OIC and SQL/PL-SQL (preferred)

Looking for a Payroll SME, not just an Oracle Developer. Someone who they can look up to and ask questions and have done this before. They have transitioned from Peoplesoft to Oracle and have been in in Oracle for the past 2 years.

Follows the Lifecycle (SDLC) to design, code/configure, test, debug and implement application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Collaborates with the respective teams to achieve quality and consistency.

As a team member, enhance the product knowledge and user understanding of the system to support the Payroll Technology Team. Assist the Payroll Technology team in testing Payroll OHCM processes, identify and analyze bugs found during testing, and document them. Pay close attention to details when running the tests, documenting, and reporting results. Report any defects and collaborate to find a resolution.

* Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud with a primary focus on Payroll
* Design and manage end-to-end integrations, ensuring accurate data flow across systems
* Partner with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system issues across payroll processes
* Support testing efforts in collaboration with functional testing teams (tools such as Octane)
* Contribute to continuous improvement following migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM

The candidate should have the following qualifications to support Oracle HCM Fusion on Cloud:

5-8 pulse years of experience.
In-depth functional knowledge on the understanding of Payroll Processing, US Taxes and Payroll Accounting.
Proficiency in End-to-End integration between HR, Compensation and Payroll.
In-depth knowledge on the creation and maintenance of Elements, Fast Formulas and Value Sets associated with it.
In-depth knowledge of the Tables used in Oracle HCM for troubleshooting, support and reporting needs.
In-depth knowledge on the use of Oracle Cloud Tools to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, BI templates and OTBI.
Knowledge of PL-SQL and OIC process integration creation and maintenance is desirable.
