Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Armonk, NY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect that has experience leading complex Salesforce programs including Discovery and Implementations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Service Cloud Certified
* 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years serving as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect
* Experience in multi-cloud design, integrations and data migrations
* Understanding of governance and limits, devops & deployment, experience integrating salesforce with Telephony systems (CTI); Amazon Connect is a plus
* Experience leading large offshore development teams
* Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation
* Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs
* Proven experience consolidating and merging Salesforce orgs
* Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, automation, integrations, and platform capabilities
* Experience with AWS-based contact center and CTI integration architectures
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Omnichannel routing and workforce optimization concepts
* Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories within Agile environments
* Experience managing and coordinating offshore and onshore delivery teams
* Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to lead and facilitate workshops
* Problem solver and strategist

Preferred:
* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
* Salesforce Application Architect Certification
* Salesforce System Architect Certification
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred
* Experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce integration
* Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement, Voice, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge
* Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware technologies
* Experience with enterprise data migration and governance initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
