Enterprise VoIP Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals. Core Responsibilities
The selected Unified Communications Engineer will support enterprise‑grade voice, video, and networked communication systems. Responsibilities include:
1. Network Architecture & Physical Design
Develop and implement the physical design and architecture of:

• LANs
• WANs
• VoIP networks 2. Unified Communications Engineering
• Assist and lead the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications products.
• Support software upgrades and enhancements for existing Cisco voice deployments. 3. UC Systems Deployment & Optimization
• Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize enterprise:
• IP telephony
• Voice solutions
• Video collaboration
• Mobility solutions 4. Operational Support
• Provide senior‑level support for day‑to‑day UC system operation.
• Partner with engineering teams to solve complex voice/video issues.
• Maintain system stability, availability, and performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Compensation

• Target pay range: $180K–$225K, but the team is open to reviewing candidates up to $250K. Experience Level
