The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative assets for catalog layout, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
• Serve as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.
• Drive clear and efficient communication on new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualize new product positioning from both an internal and customer perspective.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Prior catalog experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
