The Role • Develop long-term advertising relationships to grow sales and community connections. • Meet and exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory. • Utilize professional sales techniques to identify and engage potential clients. • Target businesses in the local area, including established clients and competitors' accounts. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct research using company tools. • Actively participate in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows. What You'll Need • Comfort with making cold calls, both over the phone and in-person. • Ability to make clear oral presentations and articulate policies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. • Motivation to learn new technology and systems, including CRM. • Effective time management and self-organization skills. • Resilience, intrinsic self-motivation, and the ability to meet sales quotas.
