SENIOR MECHANICAL HVAC DESIGNER CENTER CITY PHILADELPHIA

Growing MEP engineering firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Mechanical HVAC Designer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and other building projects


• Prepare HVAC plans, layouts, schedules, and details


• Perform heating and cooling load calculations


• Select equipment and coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines


• Work closely with project engineers and architects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC design experience with an MEP/engineering firm


• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills


• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and building codes


• Experience with commercial building projects


• Strong communication and coordination skills
