We're hiring for a highly specialized supplier to the aerospace industry, renowned for manufacturing complex rotating components for aircraft and gas turbines. The Role

• Setting up, retooling, and programming NC machines based on technical drawings or sketches.
• Monitoring the entire machining process, controlling operations, and correcting settings when dimensions are off.
• Identifying machine malfunctions, stopping processes if necessary, and relaying information to the appropriate personnel.
• Performing tool changes and undertaking minor manual pre- and post-processing tasks.
• Measuring and inspecting manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy and quality, and meticulously documenting results.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), or comparable qualification.
• Experience in milling or turning, with ideally some knowledge of workshop programming.
• Proficiency in using standard measuring instruments and the ability to confidently read technical drawings.
• A precise, responsible work ethic and physical resilience.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
