Pay Range: $43 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Looking for 8-10 yrs experience candidate
• With Playwright Automation and AI experience
• Candidate must be hands-on and also mentor other people, not looking for a lead, though
• Hands-on experience as an SDET with Playwright or Cypress for test automation
• Experience with OpenText Exstream (Xpression) testing for forms and document solutions
• Familiarity with batch processing, workflows, and output validation
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Exposure to AI-driven QA practices (e.g., intelligent test generation, predictive defect analysis, self-healing scripts) and ability to work in AI-first delivery environments
• Experience leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve automation productivity and code quality
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices with active participation in ceremonies
• Experience working with vendor teams and managing quality deliverables
• Domain knowledge in Insurance and understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
