Job description
- Build and operate the multi-tenant agentic runtime for Agent360
- Own observability, evals and guardrails across our LLM call paths
- Integrate with Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry and selected open-weight models
- Codify patterns into reusable platform primitives for product teams
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript
- Production experience with at least one major LLM provider (Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic API)
- Comfort with vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector) and RAG architectures
- Familiarity with OpenLLMetry, LangSmith or similar LLM observability tooling
