Lead Solutions Architect | AI/ML | Plano

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
We are looking for a Lead Consultant at the senior engineering or architecture level. In this position you would be leading customer engagements and defining implementation vision & goals for customer AI adoption and projects. This will involve creating delivery strategy, working with internal engineering & customer stakeholders, guiding engineers, and helping implement solutions.
This position requires a hands-on technical background in AI solutions including GenAI, Agentic AI, AI integrations, AI development, and more as well as prior experience in direct customer-facing positions (ideally consulting).
This is a hybrid position in Plano, TX Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 1+ Year in a consulting, solutions delivery, or other client/customer-facing position
• Hands-on Technical skills delivering AI solutions
  • RAG
  • LLMs
  • Agentic frameworks
  • GenAI
  • Architecture standards & frameworks

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Machine Learning, Data Science, or Software engineering
• Relevant certifications
