Witney, commutable from: Oxford, Abingdon, Bicester, Didcot, Wantage, Swindon, Cirencester, Faringdon, Carterton & all surrounding areas
£60,000 - £70,000 + Pension + Professional Development + Career Progression
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or Programme Manager with a strong manufacturing background, looking to take ownership of an engineering function within a growing, high-performance manufacturing environment?
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity where you'll take responsibility for the engineering project pipeline, resource planning and programme delivery, helping to transform an established engineering function into a more structured, proactive and data-driven department.
Operating within the motorsport & high-performance automotive sector, your role offers significant scope to influence how the engineering function operates, introduce improved processes and develop a high-performing technical team.
The business operates within a technically demanding, precision-engineering environment supplying high-performance products, and with continued investment in product development, this is an excellent opportunity to make genuine impact.
This position would suit an experienced Leader within engineering/manufacturing, looking to play a key role in an exciting and growing business.
The Role:
- Lead engineering projects from brief through to production
- Coach and develop the Engineering and Quality teams
- Drive NPD, process improvement and continuous improvement across Engineering and Manufacturing
The Candidate:
- Experience in a senior engineering, programme or Engineering Maanagement position
- Strong SolidWorks skills
