Quick overview
Job description
About the Role
Join an AI and B2B software team as its first Enterprise Account Manager, reporting to the COO. You will own post-launch relationships and drive renewals and expansion across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do
Manage enterprise relationships from production launch through renewal, focusing on existing accounts rather than new logos.
Forecast, negotiate, and close renewals while identifying opportunities to expand account revenue.
Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Success Engineers to develop account relationships and transition renewal ownership.
Use adoption dashboards and usage data to build business cases for expanding pilots, use cases, and deployments across customer organizations.
Lead executive business reviews and help shape the enterprise account management function.
Identify customer blockers and share them with Product and Engineering alongside their retention and revenue impact.
What We're Looking For
Two to seven years of experience in enterprise account management or customer success at B2B software companies.
Experience personally owning renewal and expansion targets for multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, with a track record of measurable revenue results.
Experience managing a double-digit portfolio of enterprise accounts with organizations of 2,000 or more employees, or a portfolio of approximately $3 million to $4 million in ARR.
Confidence negotiating with senior stakeholders and leading executive-level commercial conversations.
Experience beyond support, onboarding, or project management, and familiarity with CRM systems, usage analytics dashboards, APIs, or consumption-based pricing.
Enterprise experience in call center-heavy industries, exposure to AI, LLMs, or voice AI, and strong computer science fundamentals are beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $180,000 to $220,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
