Job Title: SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant

Job Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with Possible extension

Visa: OR Citizen

Interview Mode: 2 Video Interviews

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

· Experience with OpenText VIM configuration, implementation, enhancement, or production support.

· Solid understanding of end-to-end vendor invoice processing and accounts payable workflows.

· Experience configuring and supporting invoice approval workflows and exception-handling processes.

· Knowledge of invoice document capture, indexing, validation, routing, and posting.

· Experience troubleshooting VIM workflow failures, invoice processing errors, and integration issues.

· Understanding of SAP VIM integration with SAP FI and SAP MM.

· Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.

· Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

· Experience preparing functional specifications, test scenarios, and configuration documentation.

· Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployments.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
