Job Description

About the Role

As a staff Physical Therapist, you will help patients regain function through individualized evaluations and treatment plans, with no leadership responsibilities initially. The full-time target is 40 patient visits per week, scheduled at one patient per hour, with typically four treatment units per visit. Full-time employment is salaried; part-time hourly opportunities are also available, with the hourly rate to be confirmed.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ movement, functional limitations, and goals to establish individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver outpatient physical therapy that helps patients improve mobility, build strength, and return to daily activities.
  • Measure progress and adjust treatment plans to reflect each patient’s response and changing needs.
  • Help patients understand their recovery goals and confidently follow prescribed home exercises.
  • Coordinate with the clinic’s medical, chiropractic, occupational therapy, and behavioral health providers to support consistent care.
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress, and care transitions.

Must-Have:

  • Appropriate PT licensure or eligibility to obtain it before starting.
  • Clinical skills in patient evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and safe delivery of physical therapy.
  • Ability to explain treatment goals and home exercises clearly and supportively.
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient progress.
  • For full-time applicants, availability for a schedule ending at 7:00 PM on Monday and Wednesday and 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

No minimum experience is required, and new graduates are welcome. No specialty certifications are required.

Nice to Have:

  • Vestibular rehabilitation training.
  • Dry needling training.
  • Outpatient clinical experience, including student rotations.
  • Annual salary of $75,000-$95,000, based on experience.
