Introduction

Our client is seeking a skilled Snowflake Data Engineer with AI/ML expertise to join their team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cloud Based Architectures and Data-Warehousing Platforms, along with a strong proficiency in Snowflake and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake
• Work closely with data scientists to deploy AI/ML models in production
• Optimize and maintain database performance in a cloud environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
• Implement data governance and security best practices

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in Snowflake
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Ansible
• Knowledge of Snowpark and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation )
• Understanding of Cloud platforms, preferably Azure
