The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Identify and suggest improvements for nursing department staffing efficiency.
• Assist and advise supervisors on any issues pertaining to the nursing schedule.
• Ensure all employee and student files meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities to the nursing staff.
• Distribute the nursing schedule in a timely and efficient manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Strong communication and advisory capabilities.
