The Role

• Execute vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial inquiry to vehicle return.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience (e.g., Kfz-Meister, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or Karosseriebauer).
• Willingness to undergo the skills test or already hold an Operations Manager (HWK) qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• A pronounced customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently and foster trusting, equal-level collaboration.
