UK Remote - occasional travel to London/Manchester will be required Duration: 6 Months Day rate: £445 Inside IR35 *Due to project restrictions candidates must have a minimum of 5 years UK residency* Role description User experience (UX) designers focus on creating seamless, engaging experiences by designing the underlying structure and information flow for products, services, and systems.

Key Responsibilities Understanding user needs and context through research insights.<br />Defining UX goals and principles based on research findings.<br />Applying human factors knowledge, such as Hick's Law and Fitt's Law, to optimize interactions.<br />Designing the user experience architecture, including functions, information, and interactions.<br />Developing navigation pathways and content organization strategies.<br />Considering user context variations, such as culture, environment, and activity.<br />Integrating technological, operational, and functional constraints into human-centered opportunities.<br />Ensuring relational aspects are considered across the entire experience.

Skills / Experience Required Proven experience as a UX Designer within complex digital transformation, government, or enterprise environments.<br />Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and UX best practices.<br />Experience conducting and interpreting user research to inform design decisions.<br />Ability to translate research findings into UX goals, principles, and service improvements.<br />Knowledge of human factors and interaction design principles, including Hick's Law and Fitt's Law.<br />Experience creating information architecture, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interaction designs.<br />Strong understanding of navigation design and content organisation strategies.<br />Ability to consider diverse user needs, contexts, cultures, environments, and accessibility requirements.<br />Experience balancing user needs with technical, operational, functional, and business constraints.<br />Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.<br />Experience working within Agile delivery environments.<br />Experience designing end-to-end user experiences across complex products, services, or systems.<br />Ability to ensure consistency and relational thinking across the entire user experience.If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website
