The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct designs for various marketing materials including catalog layout, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as the liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments for new product selection.
• Foster open and efficient communication regarding new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Develop new product positioning strategies based on market insights and customer perspective.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog development is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate into actionable strategies.
