Sitecore Technical Lead

Location: Remote – U.S. or Canada preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Sitecore Technical Lead who can understand business and technical requirements, translate them into practical Sitecore solutions, and drive execution with the development team. The priority is someone technically solid, hands-on, proactive, and capable of getting things delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into Sitecore technical solutions.
• Lead and guide Sitecore developers through design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Review technical approaches and ensure quality and adherence to Sitecore best practices.
• Work closely with business, functional, and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Sitecore implementation and enhancement activities.
• Troubleshoot complex Sitecore issues and drive them through resolution.
• Support releases, deployments, and production issues as required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Sitecore development experience.
• Experience working as a Sitecore Lead/Senior Developer.
• Ability to understand requirements and independently drive solutions.
• Strong .NET/C# and Sitecore development fundamentals.
• Good understanding of Sitecore architecture, integrations, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
• Must be available during North American business hours.
