Retail Brand Merchandiser

Job Title: Brand Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are representing an exciting opportunity for a merchandising professional to support assortment planning, in-season management, and post-season recaps for a fast-paced retail environment. This position plays an important role in helping ensure assortments are differentiated, commercially effective, and aligned to business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support in-season management, pre-season planning, and execution of assortments.
• Prepare business recaps and present findings to internal audiences.
• Help finalize category assortment plans and resolve issues related to flow, pricing, and distribution.
• Contribute to assortment planning and product placement to support profitable, consumer-right assortments.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, or a similar field.
• Recetn retail assortment planning experience is required.
• Degree preferred; not a hard requirement.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and ability to pivot to different responsibilities as needed.
• Retail business acumen and basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Experience supporting consumer insights, assortment planning, go-to-market, or product management activities is aligned with the role.
