Job Description

SAP SD Testing Consultant

Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Testing Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP SD/S/4HANA testing and Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. The consultant will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and managing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end SAP SD testing across business processes.

  • Develop and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing.

  • Validate Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including:

    • Sales Orders

    • Deliveries

    • Shipping

    • Pricing

    • Billing

    • Invoicing

  • Analyze business and functional requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.

  • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, business users, and QA teams.

  • Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and testing documentation.

  • Support testing for SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, migrations, and upgrades.

  • Participate in test planning, execution, defect triage, and status reporting.

  • Work with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or SAP Solution Manager.

  • Support regression testing and, where applicable, test automation activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong SAP SD Testing experience

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD and OTC processes

  • Functional and Integration Testing

  • SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E Testing

  • Test Case and Test Scenario Development

  • Defect Management and Tracking

  • JIRA / HP ALM / SAP Solution Manager

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Tricentis Tosca

  • SAP CBTA / TAO

  • Experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or enhancement projects

  • Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM/EWM

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
