The Role • Support the execution of new store layouts and product placements. • Accurately follow planograms to reset shelves and merchandise products. • Install and adjust fixtures, tags, and shelving as required by the planogram. • Travel between assigned retail locations, typically managing one store per day. • Provide timely reporting and photographic documentation of work completed. • Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and needs to supervisors. What You'll Need • Ability to perform a physically demanding role involving standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motions. • Reliable personal transportation to travel to various assigned store locations. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and a results-driven work ethic. • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
