Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Representative

Required Qualifications
3 years of commercial HVAC sales or industrial sales, commercial HVAC service contractor experience, technical sales, sales engineering, or account management experience in HVAC, building systems, mechanical services, controls, or energy services. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops, mechanical rooms, and elevated platforms as required. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or Business
Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs
HVAC industry knowledge
Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and key stakeholders
Strong team building and relationship building ability and desire
