About the Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our product team focused on TytonIQ , our ecological analytics platform for condition monitoring, rehabilitation tracking, and biodiversity reporting. It's a role that spans frontend, backend, APIs, and spatial data, with real input into technical design decisions. This a permanent full-time role initially based in our Leederville office, with a transition to be based out of SLR Consulting's Subiaco office, mid next year.

Key Responsibilties Collaborate with and support your team members Design, build and ship features across the full stack, including cloud infrastructure as code Write clean, tested, maintainable code Contribute to infrastructure and architecture decisions (GCP, Kubernetes, Pulumi, PostgreSQL) Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our processes and systems to leverage AI tools Desirable Frontend: React, TypeScript Backend: C# Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes (GKE), Pulumi Database: PostgreSQL + PostGIS Other: Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD undefined Skills and Experience At least 5 years of experience working in software delivery Great communication skills, and an aptitude and interest in leadership Strong React and TypeScript frontend experience Full stack background with Typescript, Go, C#, or Python, and comfortable picking up whatever the work demands Solid grasp of API design, scalable architecture, and cloud infrastructure Real automated testing discipline Genuinely curious: you enjoy learning new languages, frameworks, and tools Experience using AI agents in your development workflow and opinions on how to get the most out of them Desirable Background in/exposure to environmental or scientific domains Experience with geospatial or remote sensing data Our Benefits A technical role with meaningful ownership of core ML systems Fast innovation cycle from idea experiment production Real-world ML problems at meaningful scale Competitive salary + flexible hybrid work Small, high-calibre team with real product influence Perth-based, practical, focused, low-ego culture Next Steps The problems here are genuinely interesting.
