Salesforce Developer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer for a hybrid position (50% onsite) with a Government Agency located in St. Paul, MN. This is a 9-month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:
This resource will serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies. The developer will work on a variety of projects, including a Community Reviewer Program and a Multifamily RFP process, to develop Salesforce solutions, integrate with other systems, and create automated workflows to meet agency needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies
• Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by the client
• Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
• Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements
• Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Provide knowledge transfer

Primary Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in Salesforce design and development
• Active Salesforce certifications in:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
• 2 years' experience using Sales Cloud
• 2 years' experience using Service Cloud
• 2 years' experience using Experience Cloud
• 2 years' experience using Government Cloud

Desired Skills:

• Scaled Agile Certified SAFe Practitioner
• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect
• Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect
• 5 years of Administrator experience
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience working with state and federal government agencies
• Experience working on technology solutions supporting the mortgage and real estate industry
