The Role
You will own delivery across cross-functional transformation and technology programmes — not coordinate them. You will build governance structures, run steering forums, prepare C-suite briefings, and hold stakeholders accountable. If you have come through Big 4 or MBB and are ready to move in-house at a group level, this is the move.
What You Will Own
Governance structures: RAID logs, steering committees, dashboards, escalation frameworks
Execution tracking across multi-workstream transformation programmes
C-suite reporting: decision papers, strategic updates, programme summaries
Cross-functional stakeholder alignment — business, technology, operations, finance
Vendor and technology team accountability across delivery dependencies
What You Bring
Currently or previously Manager at Big 4, or Consultant / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager at MBB and other larger Consulting firms.
8–15 years in transformation, PMO, consulting, or enterprise programme delivery
Proven personal ownership of a transformation or technology-enabled programme
Executive communication skills — you write and present at C-suite level
Technology-enabled environment experience: systems, dependencies, vendor management
PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
Based in Bangalore. Part of a globally active transformation function reporting into DAMAC Group's MD Office.
