The Role

• Support store leadership in driving the overall success of the store.
• Assist with staffing responsibilities, including scheduling, onboarding, and recruitment.
• Manage sales strategies for a diverse and frequently updated product assortment.
• Oversee store presentation, including inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store management to review performance and develop strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, with a preference for retail experience.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of accountability.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Willingness to complete an intensive 8-week training program.
