The Role • Support store leadership in driving the overall success of the store. • Assist with staffing responsibilities, including scheduling, onboarding, and recruitment. • Manage sales strategies for a diverse and frequently updated product assortment. • Oversee store presentation, including inventory management and visual merchandising standards. • Collaborate with store management to review performance and develop strategic initiatives.
