Senior Diagnostic Imaging Assistant - Magnetic Resonance Imaging PV

Senior Diagnostic Imaging Assistant in MRI Unit at Petaluma Valley Hospital. This position is Part time and will work 10-hour Variable Shifts.

The Imaging Assistant III is responsible for efficient maintenance of all Imaging Services patient records and Imaging files. They must communicate with Hospital and Physician offices to ensure that department records and images are available for optimal patient care. Performs Radiology front desk duties, as a reading room assistant and receptionist. Works under minimal supervision and acts as a resource to others in the department.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year experience in the Imaging Department.
