IT Support Technician

Civic Federal Credit Union, a digital-first credit union based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an IT Support Technician to support our member-first, mission-driven teams. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for staff and member-facing systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a secure digital banking environment. You will maintain workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices, support core banking and productivity applications, manage user accounts, and document solutions. Collaborating closely with IT and business teams, you'll help ensure reliable, secure technology that enables innovative, community-focused financial services.
