Our client is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Consultant to guide where their clients should invest time and budget, then execute on that strategy. This consultant will establish performance goals, manage paid campaigns across major platforms, and report on results. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, deep platform expertise, and experience marketing to education-focused audiences.

Assess client marketing efforts and recommend where to allocate time and spend
Establish performance and growth goals for client accounts
Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Advise on platform and tool capabilities and limitations to set realistic strategic direction
Experience marketing to education/EDU audiences
Proven performance/growth marketing experience, including setting performance goals
Extensive experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta
Strong performance reporting and analytics skills
Understanding of marketing technology and tool limitations
LinkedIn Ads experience
