IT Contracts Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Hollywood, FL that is seeking a Contracts Supervisor to lead a team of contract administration professionals while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and process consistency across the contract lifecycle. This role will serve as a key resource for contract guidance, team development, performance oversight, and continuous process improvement.

Summary

The Contracts Supervisor will oversee contract review, drafting, negotiation support, redlining activities, and collaboration with legal counsel. The individual will provide coaching and mentorship to a team of Contract Administrators, monitor workload distribution, track KPIs and compliance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational discipline.

This position requires a strong contracts background rather than a traditional purchasing or procurement focus. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of building consistency across a diverse contract portfolio that may include technology, construction, professional services, facilities, public safety, healthcare, and other vendor agreements.

Additional responsibilities include supporting future contract technology initiatives, participating in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modernization efforts, and helping drive adoption of new systems and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience supervising or mentoring contract administration teams
• Direct experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts
• Contract redlining experience
• Knowledge of contract language, terms, and legal review processes
• Experience partnering with attorneys and legal stakeholders
• Strong process improvement, compliance, and operational management skills
• Experience tracking KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Ability to coach, develop, and mentor employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within government, municipal, county, public sector, or large enterprise environments
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation or migration experience
• Oracle experience
• Exposure to workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, or Microsoft Copilot
• Experience supporting diverse contract categories and vendor portfolios

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
