HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician will perform repair and installation services on commercial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Install HVAC systems and components based on blueprints, specifications, and wiring diagrams - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating equipment - Repair or replace defective parts, such as compressors, pumps, valves, and motors - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults - Perform emergency repairs as needed - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent and materials used - Perform energy-efficiency upgrades - Ensure compliance with safety measures and OSHA standards Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service - Experience with HVAC contr ols systems - Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC split system and package unit experience Preferences:
