The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage your own van stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain professional customer interactions.
• Operate independently, making informed decisions to resolve issues effectively for each customer.
• Represent the company's commitment to excellence and customer care on every service call.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make on-the-spot decisions.
