As Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d), you will coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and ensure the smooth running of daily operational processes. You will take on both operational tasks and the functional leadership of the team, acting as the first point of contact for technical and organizational questions. Are you on it?
Aufgaben
- Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day operations
- Manage material, warehouse and inventory processes
- Support installation, cabling and hardware activities in the data centre
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and process standards
- Act as the contact person for operational topics, escalations and process improvements
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support documentation, reporting and inventory counts
Profil
- Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment
- Ideally, first experience in functional leadership or team coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Very good technical understanding
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work in shifts
Wir bieten
The minimum salary for this position is €3,200.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
