Poshmark is the leading fashion marketplace where style comes alive through discovery, self-expression, and human connection. Powered by a vibrant community of 165 million members, Poshmark brings real people and taste to shopping through a social experience shaped by shared discovery. Buying and selling fashion feels simple, joyful, and personal, while every item tells its own story. Poshmark empowers sellers to grow meaningful businesses, keeps fashion in circulation longer, and gives shoppers access to unique and trusted finds, from everyday pieces to one-of-a-kind vintage and luxury.

The Console Coordinator manages the behind-the-scenes execution of Linda's Stuff's live e-commerce events, working directly with the host to keep each show organized, accurate, and moving at the right pace. This role combines live operations, sales instincts, inventory organization, and real-time problem solving to create strong buyer experience and drive sales. It is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in a fast-growing live commerce channel where decisions made during each stream have an immediate impact on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate the live selling console from pre-show preparation through post-show wrap-up.

  • Manage products during live broadcasts, including pinning items, adjusting pricing, tracking sold inventory, and maintaining accurate SKU organization.

  • Work closely with the host throughout the stream to maintain pacing, momentum, urgency, and an engaging buyer experience.

  • Anticipate what the host will need next and keep products and information organized so the stream continues smoothly.

  • Monitor audience activity, chat, buyer questions, and sales activity and communicate relevant information to the host in real time.

  • Maintain strong SKU discipline, particularly for mystery items, giveaways, sold inventory, and other products that may require additional tracking after the show.

  • Respond to common technical, inventory, and operational issues during live events and escalate issues appropriately when needed.

  • Adapt quickly when inventory, technology, staffing, or the planned show flow changes unexpectedly.

  • Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and other teams as needed to resolve live and post-live issues.

  • Accurately complete required post-live reporting, metrics, and operational follow-up.

  • Follow platform and company policies related to bidding, shipping, cancellations, returns, and other live-selling activity.

  • Contribute feedback and ideas that improve live workflows, show execution, and the overall buyer experience.

6-Month Accomplishments:

Within the first six months, a successful Console Coordinator will:

  • Independently set up and run the console for a standard live event from start to finish.

  • Understand the full live workflow, including preparation, SKU organization, running items, tracking sales, and post-show wrap-up.

  • Be comfortable navigating the live selling platform and the other systems and tools required during a shift.

  • Keep the host organized and anticipate upcoming needs rather than relying solely on direction during the stream.

  • Maintain accurate SKU organization, especially for mystery items, giveaways, sold inventory, and items that could otherwise be difficult to identify after the show.

  • Recognize common technical and operational issues and confidently complete the appropriate first troubleshooting steps.

  • Communicate clearly with hosts and the broader Live team when issues arise and know when escalation is necessary.

  • Effectively manage the console during high-volume or fast-paced periods while maintaining accuracy and show flow.

  • Understand the key platform and company policies that affect live selling, including bidding, shipping, cancellations, and returns.

  • Accurately complete required post-live reporting and metrics.

  • Be trusted to independently handle a standard console shift with minimal supervision.

12+ Month Accomplishments:

Within the first twelve months, a successful Console Coordinator will:

  • Confidently run a wide variety of live events, including high-volume, luxury, outlet, weekend, and special-event streams.

  • Troubleshoot most common console, inventory, SKU, and stream issues independently and recognize when an issue requires escalation.

  • Anticipate potential problems and take proactive steps to address them before they affect the host or buyer experience.

  • Adapt quickly and effectively when inventory, staffing, technology, or the planned stream changes unexpectedly.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of how console execution impacts the buyer experience, sales performance, shipping, fulfillment, and customer service downstream.

  • Help the host maintain strong pacing and momentum by recognizing when the stream should speed up, slow down, or pivot based on buyer engagement and sales activity.

  • Maintain exceptional organization of SKUs and sold inventory and consistently prevent avoidable post-stream issues.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for newer Console Coordinators and support training or shadowing as needed.

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to live workflows, tools, and processes.

  • Be trusted to independently manage the console for high-priority, complex, or high-volume live events.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership of Live operations and serve as a go-to resource for console-related questions and execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in live selling, live streaming, e-commerce operations, digital sales, or a related environment preferred.

  • Strong sales instincts and the ability to recognize opportunities to maintain urgency, engagement, and momentum during a live event.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced live environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing SKUs, inventory, pricing, and sold items.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and navigating multiple platforms and systems.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with hosts and other team members in real time.

  • Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when technical or operational issues arise.

  • Reliable and able to work independently during assigned broadcasts.

  • Ability to work on-site in Northeast Philadelphia, PA.

  • Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts based on the live show schedule.
