Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and data processing solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and experience working with large datasets, databases, and cloud-based data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Collect, process, and transform data from multiple sources.

• Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.

• Work with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions.

• Troubleshoot data-related issues and improve pipeline performance.

• Follow data security standards and development best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience in data engineering or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.

• Experience with data warehousing and database technologies.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, or similar big data technologies.

• Familiarity with data integration, data modeling, and performance optimization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
