Minimum 10 12 years of overall experience in IT / Managed Services / Service Delivery
At least 6 8 years in service delivery or operations management roles
Minimum 4 6 years managing enterprise-scale environments, including SLA/KPI management, incident/problem management, and service performance improvement

Education and Certifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Master s degree (MBA / MIS / equivalent) (Preferred)
Certification: ITIL (Intermediate / Managing Professional preferred)
PMP / PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum (CSM / SAFe)
