EHR - Business Process Consultant - EHR -SME

Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least Ten (10) years of experience in the IT  field.

·        3-5 years of experience in health and human services programs and systems development.

·       Subject matter level of  experience in EHR 

·       Minimum five (5) years of process improvement, management consulting, change management,  or related business experience

·       Solid understanding of project management principles

·       Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding  environment

·       Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner

·       Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills , Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

·       MS Project, MS Visio and other project management and process development tools ix Sigma or PMP Preferred

·       Experience with Agile Development tools such as Jira

·        Must have B.S in computer Science or Equivellent  and good experince EHR releated IT projects
