What we are looking for:

Weare seeking a highly motivated IT Senior Project Manager to lead and delivercomplex, multi-faceted projects across various business systems. This rolerequires a hands-on leader who is not only capable of directing but alsowilling to roll up their sleeves and action tasks as needed. The successfulcandidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are deliveredon time, within budget, and aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.

Projectswill include Infrastructure and Application Projects.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all phases of IT projectsfrom initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, clients,and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on projectgoals.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risksthroughout the project lifecycle.

Budget & Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation ofresources and budget control across multiple projects.

Compliance & Governance: Adhere to IT governance frameworks,regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Change Management: Drive business and technical change initiatives,ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate projectdocumentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and seniormanagement.

Qualification and Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT Project Management withhands-on experience managing ERP, HRIS, or enterprise application projects.

Project Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, andHybrid delivery methodologies.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloudsolutions, SaaS applications, and integration technologies.

Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drivesuccessful project outcomes.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,with the ability to resolve complex project issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing vendor relationships and contractnegotiations.

Prior experience in large-scale IT transformation projects.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
