The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and support.
• Perform classic senior care duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with residents' families, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Innovatively contribute to the daily activities and well-being of residents.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (m/f/d).
• Or, an alternative completed vocational training in geriatric or general healthcare and nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• A passionate desire to work with and support individuals in their care.
