The Role

• Engage and delight our community with competent and service-oriented advice, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Ensure the store consistently presents a clean, tidy, and appealing retail environment.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales-promoting measures and promotions.
• Actively participate in all store operations, including stock replenishment, pricing, and cashier duties, with a hands-on approach.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training in retail with some prior professional experience, or a motivated career changer eager to learn.
• Demonstrated friendliness, enjoyment in interacting with people, and an independent, efficient work style.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability.
• Enthusiasm for the world of motorcycling or a pre-existing passion for motorbikes.
