Outside Sales Rep | Ames, IA, United States | Hybrid

The Role

  • Meet with business owners and families within assigned territories to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
  • Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
  • Work a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, allowing for three-day weekends every week.
  • Develop client relationships and expand a book of business for ongoing residual income.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating collective success.

What You'll Need

  • A strong work ethic and a desire to control and maximize income potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clientele.
  • A coachable mindset and willingness to learn and implement a proven sales system with AI-powered training.
  • Comfort with travel within assigned territories from Monday to Thursday.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
