The Role
• Conduct active outbound sales calls to acquire new B2B clients nationwide, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification and needs analysis to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
• Drive daily outbound activities to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Efficiently utilize and maintain the CRM system for lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate closely with customer service to ensure optimal client support and identify upselling opportunities.
• Achieve individual performance targets (KPIs) within a results-oriented team environment.
What You'll Need
• Prior experience in telesales or a sales role is advantageous, but motivated career changers and sales talents are also encouraged to apply.
• A completed apprenticeship or university degree can facilitate onboarding into product knowledge and processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening abilities to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, with comprehensive training provided during onboarding if needed.
• A goal-oriented, self-directed work approach with a genuine drive for sales, motivated by daily selling, target achievement, and performance.
