The Role • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using cloud technologies and data integration tools. • Ensure data integrity through automated quality checks, validation frameworks, and anomaly monitoring. • Independently manage and deliver data-focused projects from conception to support. • Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to deliver key performance indicators and enhance financial processes. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, data validation, and analysis workflows. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to Agile planning and emerging technology exploration. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture. • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools. • Strong working experience with data modeling, data access, schemas, and data storage techniques within cloud environments like Snowflake. • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable data pipelines in cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake). • Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT patterns, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau). • Demonstrated project management experience with complex system implementations and familiarity with Git.
