REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager with ownership of release management processes.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Dashboards, Queries), GitHub, and end-to-end Release Lifecycle Management including environment promotion, code freezes, and rollback procedures.
• Good technical understanding of CI/CD Pipelines, API Contracts, SQL, and Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with Enterprise Change Management processes using ServiceNow, CAB, CR/CHG/CRQ, PRR.
• Experience working in SAFe/Scaled Agile environments, including PI Planning and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience driving Engineering Quality Practices, including automated testing adoption, code coverage standards, and release governance.
• Proven experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identifying systemic issues, and implementing preventive measures.
• Experience reviewing PR Metrics, code review processes, and familiarity with Git Branching Strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk assessment, and status reporting skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
