The Role

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, focusing on content, creativity, and visual execution.
• Contribute to the evolution and conceptualization of innovative marketing and sales strategies, including brand and category management.
• Plan and execute sales and communication strategies, encompassing all B2C initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize product assortments, including assortment discussions, new product introductions, and merchandising.
• Prepare and analyze reports to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market analysis and optimize product portfolios.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification or a qualified vocational qualification (e.g., state-certified technician or business administrator).
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A strong interest in advertising, marketing, and sales.
• An analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a creative approach.
• Good to very good English language skills.
