Position Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to support the assembly and production of technology products in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and according to established quality standards.

The ideal candidate is hands on, dependable, and committed to producing high quality work. This role involves assembling components, following detailed work instructions, inspecting finished products, troubleshooting basic production issues, and supporting team goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to standardized work instructions and production requirements

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established specifications and standards

• Follow manufacturing processes and procedures to maintain productivity and efficiency targets

• Identify and resolve basic assembly or production issues with support from team members as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and workplace safety

• Collaborate with team members to meet department and plant production goals

• Adhere to all corporate, plant, and departmental safety guidelines and procedures

Key Requirements

• 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related industrial experience

• Experience following detailed work instructions, procedures, and quality standards

• Ability to assemble products and components accurately in a production environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic production or assembly issues

• Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing setting while meeting productivity expectations

• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
