Business Analyst - Financial Crime (Non-Personal KYC)

Location: Milton Keynes (3 Days Onsite)

Rate: £500-£575 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract: Initial Contract

About the Role

We're supporting a major banking transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support enhancements across a Non-Personal KYC proposition, covering areas such as business onboarding, customer due diligence and financial crime controls.

Working across Product, Operations and Technology teams, you'll help deliver process improvements, enhanced customer journeys and regulatory change initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services
  • 2+ years experience within Financial Crime, KYC, KYB or Client Onboarding
  • Experience working across Product, Operations and Technology functions
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and user journey experience
  • Experience delivering business transformation, process improvement or automation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
  • Experience operating within complex regulated environments
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
